Who hires a Coach?

Essentially, anyone who’s value will be ultimately judged by your ability to get results. Like:
  • Successful people: The person who hires a coach is already successful but wants a trusted confidant and partner to help them become even more successful.
  • Newly hired or promoted: you’re the functional leader outside your expertise or you were an individual contributor and now you’re a supervisor/manager.
  • Those responsible for Innovation: Changes are needed to stay competitive and turf issues block progress and accountability is unclear; you’re responsible for keeping improvement efforts from “stalling out”; leadership styles are hindering innovation and productivity.
How does Coaching Work?


Through a series conversations, either in person or on the phone, ususally 4 times a month you are led through a structure process that identifies outcomes, behaviors and thinking patterns that impact your results and finally measurements so that all along the way you see and can measure your progress. Each conversation last about 60 minutes.

The 60 minute session goes by quickly. There are focused questions e-mailed or faxed to the client before each session. The agenda is set by you. Your coach provides tools, structure and consistent, objective feedback to keep you on track. Homework may be  given between sessions. Additional information and services may be sent via e-mail or fax between sessions at no extra charge.

But it’s much more than that. The coach’s job is to listen, objectively and in a non-judgmental way, not to advise you; but to encourage you. Our coaching process teaches you how to visualize what’s possible, not impossible. How to expand your thinking so that you embrace new ideas and behaviors and see exactly what's worked for you in the past. Coach HR helps you make the most of a series of gifts that have made you successful. 

How long would I work with a coach?

A minimum of 3 months. Most cients work with us for 6 - 12 months My goal is to make sure you have the skills to replicate the process with or without a coach.
