Coaching is a process that builds positive results over time. How long will it take?We recommend an initial minimum investment of three months. But clients often discover that they reap continued benefits from a coaching relationship that lasts six months or more.

Coach HR is confident that you’ll be completely satisfied, but if not, you’re free to

terminate the coaching relationship at any time.

Premium Package

• Four 60-minute coaching sessions, either in person or by phone
• Premium in-take assessment (Hartman Value Profile)
• A written feedback report
• Unlimited check-in coaching sessions via e-mail or phone

For Premium Package clients: ask about providing the assessment for your entire team at either no cost or significantly reduced cost.

Choice Package

• Three 60-minute coaching sessions by phone
• 33% off the price of Premium in-take assessment (Hartman Value Profile)
• Up to four 15-minute check-in coaching sessions/month during pre-arranged times
• Limited between-sessions support via telephone or email

Starter Package

• Two 30-minute coaching sessions per month by phone
• Limited between-sessions support via e-mail
• Client agrees to a pre-call format to ensure maximum results
